These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of origincreative.io and the inquiry, scheduling, and informational features Origin Creative provides through the site (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational site; separate service agreements

Site content describes our capabilities and is provided for general information. Submitting a form, receiving an automated response, or booking a call does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Paid work begins only under a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted by Origin Creative and the client.

We may change or discontinue Site content or features at any time. Service descriptions, examples, estimates, and availability are not guarantees of a particular outcome.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and to provide the submitted information.

Acceptable use

You may not:

submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party material without authority;
probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Site security or access controls;
introduce malware or use automated systems to abuse forms, scheduling, analytics, or communications; or
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, consent, or authority.

We may block submissions or access that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or threaten the Site or others.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Origin Creative a limited right to host, copy, analyze, and use it as needed to respond to your request, operate the lead pipeline, evaluate a potential engagement, provide agreed services, secure the Site, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit the material.

Do not submit trade secrets or regulated or highly sensitive data through general forms unless we have agreed in writing on appropriate handling.

AI-assisted features

We may use automated systems to validate and route inquiries, add public business context, score fit, summarize information, and assist in drafting communications. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. See our AI & Communications Disclosure.

AI voice calling is not currently active. Any future AI-assisted calling will be subject to separate legal, consent, identification, and operational controls.

Communications

When you request a response, book a call, or opt in to follow-up, you authorize us to contact you through the channels you provide for that purpose. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the message’s opt-out method. We may still send requested, transactional, or engagement-related messages.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, copy, graphics, code, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Origin Creative or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the Site for its intended purpose. No other license is granted.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, analytics, security, email, and social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices govern your direct use of their services. Origin Creative is not responsible for third-party sites or content it does not control.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ORIGIN CREATIVE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT OR AUTOMATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGIN CREATIVE AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Rights and remedies under a separately signed service agreement are governed by that agreement.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Origin Creative harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, you and Origin Creative agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue informally through the Contact page.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
