AI & Communications Disclosure

DRAFT — requires attorney review before launch

Effective and last updated: July 12, 2026

This disclosure explains how Origin Creative uses automation and artificial intelligence in website inquiries and communications. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Current uses of AI and automation

After you submit an inquiry, our self-hosted n8n and NexusCore systems may:

  • validate, normalize, classify, summarize, and route the submission;
  • add publicly available business or professional context;
  • produce a fit or priority score for internal lead handling;
  • recommend a next step or create an internal CRM task; and
  • assist a person in drafting or personalizing an email response.

Information and outputs may be stored in our self-hosted Twenty CRM. Google Gmail may deliver workflow-assisted follow-up that you requested or consented to receive. Analytics events may record that a form or conversion step occurred, including through GA4 Measurement Protocol, but analytics is not intended to receive the free-text substance of your inquiry.

Automation helps us organize work; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, timing, or results. We may require human review before acting on an output. We do not use this website pipeline to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, health care, or other similarly significant eligibility matters.

Email and other written communications

Some messages may be selected, drafted, summarized, or scheduled with AI or workflow assistance. Origin Creative remains responsible for its communications. You may ask for a person to review a response by replying to the message or using our Contact page.

Marketing email provides an unsubscribe method. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop a response you requested or communications needed for an active engagement.

Voice calls and text messages

Origin Creative does not currently operate autonomous outbound AI voice calling. AI call handling, transcription, and routing are planned capabilities only and are disabled pending legal and operational review.

If call automation is enabled in the future, Origin Creative will implement applicable consent, identification, disclosure, recording, do-not-call, and opt-out controls before use. An AI system will not be presented as a human. Where required, the call will identify Origin Creative and disclose the use of an artificial or prerecorded voice. We will not treat a website inquiry alone as blanket consent for automated marketing calls or texts.

If a future call is recorded or transcribed, notice and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained before recording or transcription. Call audio, transcripts, summaries, routing data, and consent records may then be processed by the disclosed call and CRM providers for the stated purpose.

Your choices

You can:

  • ask to communicate with a person;
  • correct information or context used in an automated summary;
  • unsubscribe from marketing email;
  • decline automated marketing calls or texts; and
  • submit a privacy request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not provide sensitive personal information in a general message or prompt. For questions about this disclosure, use our Contact page.

Automated booking assistant

I'm an automated assistant, available any hour. Two quick questions, then pick a real time on the calendar — calls happen during business hours with a human.

Question 1 of 2

What kind of team are you?

Automated assistant — your answers route to a human before the call. No marketing email without your consent.
